      * People with no business or life experience in senior positions because they are in the clique * No respect for staff again unless you are in the clique * Mismanagement across the business from the top down * Constant changing of strategic direction * Messing with people's lives

      - Good pay - Ambitious company - Good products, although there is danger of complacency - Decent colleagues - Ski trip - Christmas party

      Cons

      - Depressing & pushy culture. - Poor management - Little to no communication between departments - Personal development seems to be lacking in some departments - Only care about one stakeholder - investors. Other stakeholders are neglected and seen as easily replaceable. To put it simply, the company growing too quickly. Processes, procedures and priorities are all suffering because of excessive growth.
