      Pros

      The people at r2c are great and the mission feels very important. Employees really help and support one another, and the environment is very collaborative rather than competitive. It makes it easy to get up and work every day.

      Cons

      Leadership is pretty much all white and all male. They are good listeners and generally strong allies, but don’t proactively see the DEI problems, and largely rely on employees to bring issues and ideas to them.

      -Great culture -Transparent and honest leadership who own improvement areas for the org -high impact opportunity with growth and frequent promotions

      Cons

      Still a smaller startup so in need of continuing to organize and build process while it scales. Very normal for the stage though.

      -Great culture -Smart people -Enabled to make an impact and given the resourcing needed to perform (beyond what's listed on your JD, you are enabled to pursue other ideas you might have if the rationale is there)

      Cons

      -smaller marketing team: the exercise in prioritizing dept-wide deliverables and needing to pick and choose which ones you have time to positively impact can be a bit frustrating, esp when it comes to writing
