    ShaneCo feels like home, it is the first company that I have ever worked for that I legitimately know everyones name in the store coworkers and management included. Everyone in the store all seems to fully embrace the culture we have here and I actually enjoy coming to work.     No matter how much I do like working here there are cons with any job really. The nature of this buisnes can sometimes have you deal with some unrealistic expectations from customers and with our company we literally do so much for the customer that sometimes fatigue can set in.     Great company and CEO. The best jewelry store in Atlanta. I still refer customers to Shane Co. to purchase loose stones. Both Tom and Rordan are the best!

    Pros

    In the years I spent at Shane Co., the Marketing Department was expanding. Everyone had their part in making the team as successful as possible while trying on and wearing many different hats along the way. It lead to a lot of new experiences in my career, without a doubt for the better. The team of creatives here are full of some of the best and instantly feel like family.

    Cons

    With an expanding and ever-changing department, processes and responsibilities were almost never the same as the last time you took care of a certain project. Be ready for and accepting the growing pains. It's a wild ride!

    Advice to Management

    Pass work down to your direct reports to take the load off your shoulders. They are willing to take on the work and responsibilities in exchange for better art direction.
