      Toxic culture with long hours and credit-seeking issues

      I work as Data engineering lead There is constant credit seeking happens between Data science and Data engineering department The work culture is toxic Upper managment is really rude I am tagged in multiple projects Every day have to work 11 to 12 hrs And yet if you miss one call because of conflict you are excalated that you technical Lead doesnt attend calls Manager clearly said to me company currently only cares about margins So if you extend then you will get good upraisals
