Great vacation/PTO policy. They care about work/life balance. They push very hard for career growth and offer paid trainging/reimburse for IT certs. The staff was very collaborative and tight-knit. Monthly performance reviews so you knew where you might need to improve. Always fair and impartial reviews, never condescending or overbearing. No uneccessary corpo meetings, weekend and evening work was kept to a minimum. I really enjoyed working there.
Cons
On-call rotations. This is not specific to Silverado, as most MSP/IT environments will have this, but it was still disruptive to your free time.
