      Been working for more than 4 years at Simform. Some pros I can highlight are: - Company Policies: Easy to apply leaves, referral bonuses, CTC structure, Transparent structure, Good training programs, HR policies. - Great work life balance - Flexible timings - Amazing upper management & seniors - No micromanagement - Good projects & exposure

      Cons

      I could barely recall moments where I felt disappointed with this org in my whole time being here. (I wish they provided better Diwali gifts or bonuses XD)
