      Good vibes and great people to work with There is a work-life balance in the company The company is open to new ideas and technologies

      Cons

      No company is perfect. The company is growing and recently Nuvei acquired simplex so there are some changes but also a lot of opportunities.

      the office is good looking the people are nice and welcoming great coffee machine

      lack of leadership in the R&D team management isn't active about the problems developers are pointing developers are fleeing out and no knowledge is preserved

      startup environment (mostly) nice people very women positive

      A total CHAOS, no real planning, main tasks are changing constantly. the management just feels disconnected from reality. HR seems to not care from it's employees.
