Considerate and efficient interviewing process. Great onboarding experience - I was concerned with remote onboarding, but it is clear that after ~1 year of being fully remote, the team has invested a lot of effort into streamlining and scaling the remote onboarding experience. Welcoming, helpful, and friendly teammates and managers. Leadership is in sync, and growth prospects are exciting.
Cons
Despite being fully remote, some sort of employment licensing restricts employees to living within one of ~10ish states, so the opportunity will likely still require a move.
