Cons

Pretty much everything about being in a call center but worse, training will not prepare you for the entitlements/attitudes of customers, horrible workload that's designed to burn you out, and lack of patience from staff. I have seen this a few times before but :𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬. Or not prepare you enough with the content provided about our products, theyre very dated and dont represent the Skyslope products featured.
