    I worked at Slashsupport full-time

    Pros

I have very little to say positive about this company it is seriously the worst place to work.

    Cons

Horrible company, would never ever recommend, they are a contract firm that is run from India, they underbid other contracting companies, no raises, its really just a place you go if you need a quick job.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees better, treat your employees better, or don't there is an obvious culture difference between india and the us

  3. "Good ol' boys network that does not treat employees based on ability or appreciate them, just gossipy politics"

    Pros

If you really need a job, there are worse things you could do, like working outdoors for minimum wage. So, there's that.

    Cons

They treat employees unfairly and have inconsistent policies when it comes to human resources. They do not care about their workers.

    Advice to Management

You need to clean house and start fresh. You need to have clearly established policies that are consistently adhered to.

    Pros

Great benefits, most employees are good people working hard to do a good job. Company executives try to do a good job, but the management is peppered with bad eggs.

    Cons

A lot of juvenile employees. A lot of petty battles of ownership by some in the company. Leadership in San Jose California are awful.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of your management with lousy leadership skills.

I have been working at Slashsupport full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good training program.
Opportunity to learn via hand-ons practice.
Good growth opportunities for people who work hard.

    Cons

    May be stressful at times.
Transportation policies needs a serious revision.
Management may be tough to work with when things go bad.

    Advice to Management

    Treat all employees equally.
Addition of gym and recreational facilities will do wonders.
Development of resources and work environment with a survey based system to identify weakness.
Washing your hands on goners and overloading the diligent workers is not the way to get things done.

I worked at Slashsupport full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Absolutely nothing.
Don't join this company even if they offer you 100% hike in your salary! Unless you do not minding spending 2 to 3 years of your life as a bonded laborer or slave.

    Cons

This might not be true for all projects. But Paloalto project is very worst!

You are treated as slave. you will not get any training but hr will promise 6 months training. but this not true.they only show slides as training.

you will have to sign a big bond saying that you got training but you will never get the training.
if you leave before 2 years you have to pay bond amount even if no training given.

if anyone have self respect no join this company.

even if you leave company after 5 years, they find innovative ways to extract last 3 months salary form u. my friend worked there for 7 years and after he quit, they made him pay 50k in last week to get proper certificates.

    Advice to Management

    stop stealing from employees.
