    Pros

    Easy to get H1B employer

    Cons

They make consultant pay for H1B processing fees and moving expenses. Very poor placement ability. They just have some recruiters who will search in job portals. No direct vendor. If you search project yourself they just take a commission.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to pay for H1B transfer fees, moving expenses and bench period pay. They need to some direct vendor relationships so to be able to place consultants. Just going through multiple layers makes life difficult for consultants.
