      Employees are treated like professionals. There is a systemic process implemented to address every request raised by the employees. Employee grievances are addressed in a timely manner. Provides the best platform for the employees to grow in their career.

      The business diversification pace can be improved.

      Pros

      It is a very professional company. They understand the problems of the employees and try to help them accordingly. They also provide training if needed for the career growth in various technologies. Excellent salary and benefits .I would highly recommend to join them .

      I am happy with the company so I don't think of any cons right now.
