      People are expendable--big layoff over Christmas with no warning

      Pros

      - Great opportunities to learn - Coworkers and immediate supervisor was amazing - Everyone was very hardworking and great to work with

      Cons

      - Many people were laid off in December with almost no notice. We were told the Friday before Christmas that our last day was the Monday after Christmas--so four business days notice. Panicking over my sudden impending unemployment was a great way to enjoy the holiday. - Not profitable = no stability - Lack of leadership and direction at higher levels was maddening

      Some really smart, talented people on the team.

      Cons

      Leadership is completely lacking. No clear direction for the products. Unrealistic and delusional goals, without any semblance of thought-out plans on how to achieve them. Very little communication between leadership and the rest of the staff. Leadership lacks integrity and turns a blind eye to some very questionable behaviors. Just a lot of empty talk from leadership.
