      Pros

      Pay was decent but not worth the terrible work experience.

      Cons

      Exec leadership has no experience or qualifications to run a company. The two founders couldn't even maintain communications among themselves. Concerns were either ignored or responded to untruthfully. Exec leadership 'managed' by being not present and unavailable. Commitments were unmet.
