Pros
Great, smart people. The company really cares about making it a fun environment with lots of perks. In my job, I'm always very busy but I'm not overwhelmed and a good work/life balance is possible
Cons
Sometimes I think upper management doesn't have very good understanding of the actual great contributors are and who just seems to work hard. People who are widely considered incompetent or lazy get promotions because they kiss up to the right people. I've seen really great people quit out of frustration over this. It's not a great environment for women, but it could be worse. Management definitely takes steps to make it more inclusive for women but there are still hints of misogyny all around me.
