      Terrible hours Below market pay Do not care about retention or career development, especially for interns They want you to track every second you work and it's extreme micromanagement Consultants are all arrogant -- but not as much as the high level executives They always assume the customer is wrong

      Awesome Internship Experience

      Pros

      I loved working at Source One. I was an intern throughout my senior year and they worked with me for flexible hours that worked around my class schedule. My supervisor cared about my experience and always offered new opportunities for me to learn something, whether it was sitting in on a kick off meeting with a client or a collaborative session with upper management. The company culture was the perfect balance of working hard and having fun. I would recommend their internship program to anyone interested in hands-on experience in consulting, supply chain management, communications or marketing.

      Pros

      If you like a terrible cubicle job with limited contact, this place is for you! The pay is alright, so if you're looking to pay some bills, you should also apply.

      Cons

      This company is literally stuck in the 90s - their management is awful. The coworkers are really rude, and unhelpful. They do a terrible job of explaining tasks, even though the tasks are very easy. This place seems like they're desperate to hire people, but let people leave easily. There isn't much to learn at this position - I don't even know why they require college graduates. High school students can easily do the work required of this position. Also - the worst part was having managers that were 3 years older than you. I have no idea how they became a senior project analysts, they have no absolute idea of what they're doing. It was really condescending when they tried to boss me around.
