      Great Teammates: A few of the old team members are genuinely good people who support each other through thick and thin. The peer-to-peer camaraderie among the core technical folks is the only saving grace.

      Cons

      Heavy Office Politics & Favoritism: The work environment is deeply political, driven by heavy favoritism ("favoritism/fraternization") where proximity to management matters more than actual performance. Toxic Blame Game Culture: Instead of collaborative problem-solving, there is a prominent blame-game culture. When things go wrong, management looks for a scapegoat rather than taking responsibility or supporting the team. Zero Job Security or Transparency: As someone who gave 8 years of dedicated service, being abruptly pushed into a notice period without a single valid reason—despite working alongside high performers—shows that loyalty and hard work mean absolutely nothing here.
