Pros
Great management and well defined long term and short term goal. The company provide all means to push yourself to learn new things and take on additional responsibility. It's been one year and I found the company's environment friendly and it has an open culture. The events and celebrations held in the company helps the employees to interact with each other.
Cons
The flow of information is not direct and this sometimes creates a communication gap.
