Management want everything and it's never enough. They will offer you the world one day, then toss you out the next. They're sexist and will blatantly ignore anything a woman says. Their tactics are gimmicky and will end in failure. Also, you have to punch a timecard when coming in and out of the office. They're liars and cheats, completely untrustworthy.

The company is owned and run by a married couple who have shouting matches in Mandarin (behind closed doors; however, the entire office can hear). It is documented in their employee manual that English is to be used in the office, yet they speak in Chinese much of the time. They treat their employees like completely expendable entities, and don't get me started on what they do to their poor interns! Initially, I really appreciated their vision, but as soon as I got on board, the attitude changed and I was treated very poorly. Management is demeaning and often very rude. Also, the owners have very questionable ethics - I was privy to a LOT of shady stuff. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I'd give them zero stars if it were possible.
