      Strong team mentality, nice office space

      long hours, competitive, not a strong product market fit, always behind competition, copies everything competitors do but slower and with worse quality

      1. Coworkers are supportive and take initiative. 2. Communication across departments is strong. 3. The org structure is flat (not hierarchical), and direct feedback is encouraged. 4. Team members get along and set ambitious goals. 5. There are lots of opportunities to take ownership over projects, and you can recognize the tangible ways in which your efforts add value.

      Cons

      1. This is a startup, so there isn't always a safety net or a playbook to guide processes. 2. Work can be unpredictable resulting in fluctuations between periods of high intensity and lulls.

      Worst Place and worst CTO - if you are little freedom loving Engineer

      Meaningful Product that they are building.

      Cons

      1. No work-life balance. If you are an engineer, you have to be very lucky to get a Sunday off. 2. The CTO Madhav will torn you into pieces and almost humiliate you for little mistakes in the group meetings. 3. If you are an engineer, none of your own ideas will be accepted, unless supported by the CTO, which is very very rare. 4. High attriction in the Engineering team.
