      Great Colleagues, Friendly Atmosphere, Can earn big on the occasional month

      Cons

      -Not allowed to have a life as you are expected to give up evenings, weekends and even Lunch breaks! -New Business Consultant came in just after Christmas telling us she does not want to turn it into a call Centre....TOTAL LIE!! -Cannot trust certain managers, They will throw you under the bus quicker than you can put an instruction on the board! -Targets unrealistic -Promotions only available if your face fits

      Pros

      I have been here for more than 6 years and it is the best workplace environment I have ever encountered. There is opportunity for progression and hardwork is most definitely rewarded. Senior staff are really supportive and it is a really positive place to work. Not a bad thing to say about working here, I hope I am here for many more years to come.

      Working from home, have to write 20 characters but there is none. Guess the 40p per mile was ok a

      Job described was not what they explained expected you to travel over 100 miles for one appointment. Very set on targets within the first two weeks had management asking me to improve my targets as he was getting pressure from above. No training at all. Even when asked. Pointless conference call on a Friday at 8am which lasts for 5 mins. Also be weary of pay
