      Pros

      Salary on time. work from home option.

      Cons

      Not good for freshers as they will ask you to work more and more in less salary. No increment on time. You have to ask again and again and they will pass 2 months just in discussion. after two months they will give only 10-15% hike and this will also be applicable from that month. So you have lost your two months incremented amount. Good in posting job openings on linked in but those positions are never filled. Those are just for showing we are hiring.
