Pros
At Sympa I have worked with some of the most hardworking, talented and kind people I have ever met.
Cons
Back in the day, when Keijo still was the CEO they made sure to only hire really wonderful people, because Sympa used to believe when you spend so many hours of your day at work the people you spend them with really matters and you should also have fun. These people are the reason I stayed for as long as I did, and while you will still find wonderful people working there - the leadership team is an absolute nightmare. The fact that members of the leadership team come and go at this company faster than spell SYMPA, should be a massive red flag to any potential new hire. Another thing that is telling of the poor leadership is that Sympa has repackaged its product and strategy so many times in the past few years, as if that is the only thing that needs to be fixed. The problem is that leadership either doesnt care to address the actual challenges or they are completely oblivious to them. Whatever story they tell you and promises they make during a hiring process, do not believe them.
