The owner will show up to site and will be involved with the technical work being done for days at a time even at the cost of compromising the functions of the operations happening in the office.

Did you already work for them and are now reading this? Did Greg most of the time in the exiting interview asking you not to leave a bad review on glassdoor.com? DO NOT LET HIM INTIMIDATE YOU from being transparent about how this company works and treats its technicians. This is a resource for our trade as a community to create accountability and he has no right to even say the name of this website in these exiting interviews.
