I can't complaint about management as there is no management at all in this company. There is one Guy so called Avnish.. He don't care about anything you do for the company. His only intention is to find a way to deduct your salaries by making a lot of excuses. If you are working late night, working from home even after your scheduled working hours, its nothing. Just reach 5 minutes late in and it's your half day. I do understand discipline matters a lot, Yeah even this guy can't even imagine the discipline I had in my whole career. But making this as an excuse just to cut off salaries is damn unprofessional. What money you are saving by doing this, just peanuts, but you are already getting pissed off when your seniors developers working for you many years. You lost them, you lost precious stones. I am sure you can recognize me, So please go ahead and check now what you did in last 12 years and what I did in 2 years. And please understand please don't bark if you can't bite Best of luck

1. After even completing your notice period you have to beg for your salary. If you will not then they will just forgot. Many incidents I saw myself in which the X-employees will come to office to get there pending salary. But still they will not get it, Many people fought with CEO Avnish Sharma for the salary. Even abused him but he's such a jerk. You have to put a case on him to get your pending salary back. 2. About the work culture it is not stable at all. Even their clients are not happy with them . I can name some projects here but I don't want to coz it will ruin the company reputation. 3. Even if you perform well specially for experienced person they will just delay your increment. I have seen around 10-15 people who left the company just for increment issues. 4. You will not even get a good cup of tea, this was at my time. 5. No parties, even their is no new year party and even for birthday celebration employees have to contri inorder to bring a cake. This company can't even afford a cake price tag. 6. Technically they will not listen , some of the projects are in very bad condition and will loot their client. 7. During my time there was only one iphone which was 5c was there which is used for debugging as well as testing by the developer as well as Tester. You have to fight like a dog. And on call they will say we have enormous devices.
