      Pros

      - The compensation is excellent - Coworkers were fantastic.

      Cons

      - Lack of Direction: The company seems to have no clear direction. - Layoffs: Like many other tech companies, they conduct layoffs every year. This year's layoffs were particularly extreme, with entire teams being let go. The remaining employees are expected to take on the increased workload, with the management claiming that they can utilize Claude code.

      Great people and tech, but company direction lacking

      Great individuals. Cutting edge technology. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Company is directionless and slowly fading away. Executive turnover is unbelievable. No CEO, COO, CMO, CRO - just turnover. Company is rapidly shrinking and have been becoming irrelevent in the industry. Negative growth.

      Pros

      Folks that work hard and are trying to figure out what to do. Remote first roles.

      Cons

      Sinking ship! 3 RIFs in 2 years. No CEO because the former CEO Bill Welch hired all his buddies into E level roles they were grossly inexperienced in. They are all gone now but the damage is done. They will end up selling the intellectual property and cease to exist.
