-If joining as a fresher, you'll be provided with good training initially,that's it. Many of the existing reviews appear to be fake.I wouldn't even rate the company 1 star overall,but Glassdoor doesn't provide an option to rate it 0.

-Micromanagement and office politics is too much -Career growth opportunities are limited -Overtime is common -No appreciation -No growth -Favoritism at its peek
