      Fast paced Learning and exposure to real time project.

      Cons

      Poor Work life balance. Poor Growth. Poor Pay. Consultants travel on Business Visa to work at Client site. No Process. Poor Delivery Quality. Mostly In-experienced resources fresh out of college. 3 years bond is a joke. (I am not a fresher but never understood why 3 years).

      Pros

      Bootcamp training at Systech is the best for starting your career in Datawarehousing. You will able to work in all phases of the project which is not possible in many big MNC's

      Cons

      You have to sign a contract for 3 years. Irrespective of how hard or smart you work, you have to be in the management's good books to get new opportunities and hike. Poor work-life balance.

      Very Good Place to start and build a carrier in DW and BI Exposure to multiple tools and Projects Very good work environment

      Cons

      Managers are not loyal to the employees Disinterest in making the company big Provides very aggressive estimates to clients there by putting lot of stress on the employees to deliver in non realistic deadlines.
