      - Good Pay - Good OPD Benefits - Large Clientele - Don't do layoffs bench period

      Cons

      Systems require you to undergo interviews for every project. Why conduct interviews in the first place when client interviews are already necessary for every project? The petrol allowance is insufficient, and the office location is quite poor, to say the least.

      Employees are pressured to resign instead of being formally terminated, especially during bench periods. No yearly increments, poor project allocation, and lack of job security or employee support.
