I have had a really positive experience since joining TXP. The onboarding process was smooth and well thought through, which made settling in much easier than I have experienced in recent times. Everyone was welcoming and willing to help, and I felt part of the team very quickly. One of the biggest positives for me is the quality of the work. There are some genuinely interesting client projects to get involved in, and the work is varied, challenging and rewarding. It's the kind of environment where you can make a real contribution while continuing to learn and develop. The people are another standout. I have worked with colleagues across different parts of the business and have found them to be knowledgeable, supportive and easy to work with. There's a strong sense of teamwork and a genuine willingness to help each other succeed. As someone who has worked in a number of organisations throughout my career, it's refreshing to find a company that combines interesting work with a positive culture and great people.

There has been positive change at TXP and I am very happy with the level of support from management, improved communication across the business, clear vision from the leadership team and the progression opportunities.
