      Pros

      Mass amounts of learning and development available. Getting to work on cutting edge technology that pushes the envelope is inspiring. The staff is amazing and it truly feels like I work with my best friends.

      Cons

      Change happens often, as it does with most products, so you have to be able to roll with it. People who are adverse to a lot of change may not like this.

      Pros

      Great group of people willing to work hard. It's a start-up environment so folks have to be nimble and ok with ambiguous situations. Employees are asked to answer questions, no micromanagement here.

      Cons

      Fast paced and high work volume, might not be the ideal place for everyone.

      Pros

      Talent Rover is in every way a "startup." Growth for the company and individual is on an insanely aggressive track. Our founders and subsequent leadership have done a great job at instilling and sustaining a fantastic culture - my coworkers are my family - which is important when the hours get long and work gets stressful. The opportunity to be intellectually stretched and challenged is unparalleled. Talent Rover is not a company for any type of stagnation and provides an extraordinarily unique step in any career path.

      Talent Rover is in every way a "startup." Hours can be long, stress exists; Talent Rover is a young, growing company.
