      Pros

      They give very good offer and asks us to join immediately. But after 15 days they says project gone .. budget approvals don’t get so position is on hold

      Cons

      They won’t onboard you at expected time .. they postpone your onboarding and finally they spoil candidate career

      It is very good company. - Better Salary - Better work culture - Better growth - Better utilization of your knowledge

      Cons

      -Long working hours -Keep learning new thing. -There is a process to do a task as we are working for a client, everything should be like what they desire. Sometimes, for a small work you need to follow long processes.
