I've never been happier at Talkdesk. If you work hard, you will get recognized and rewarded. We've hired some very experienced and smart people the past few months and we're only going to keep improving. Everybody here is dedicated to company culture and the overall growth of the business. I truly believe in our product and the people who stand behind it. I can't wait to see where we are on the Magic Quadrant in 2018!
Cons
Typical startup growing pains. It's taken awhile to build out some of our processes but we're definitely making progress with the people who we've hired and the projects we've made a priority.
Advice to Management
Keep listening to your employees and take their feedback seriously.

Pros
Some say they were hesitant before joining Talkdesk ... not me.
I had heard so many amazing things prior to joining and was ecstatic when I actually received the job offer. It's everything I imagined and more. Not only is the office itself bright and airy, but the people are refreshing to work with. Fun, hardworking, collaborative ... all good stuff in one place. I actually enjoy going into work on Mondays. No Sunday blues here! Extra perk -- our product is pretty darn cool, too.
Cons
All the normal things that are not deal breakers in my book.

Pros
We work hard and play hard. Not many companies will invest the time (and money!) for things like a weekend offsite. TD did it in such a typical Talkdesky way — over the top, fun, unique — all to show that they are invested in the company’s greatest asset: their employees. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
Cons
We are up against giants but we are ready for the battle.

Pros
After working with companies like Avaya &Genesys for several years I have to say Talkdesk has been a shot of adrenaline. Moving from relics with 20+ year old technology to a startup with a disruption mentality has been incredibly rewarding. Leadership has a shared vision, innovative mindset, and clear path to disrupting an established industry with a "born in the cloud" solution for contact centers globally. Everyone is fired up, positive, and working their back ends off to collectively make this a greater company than it was. We built an enterprise sales organization in a few months and have a winter release that will be a game changer. All in all, if you're a sales professional looking for a rewarding experience and have fun while working hard and fast then this is your home. I'm amazed by the areas of support for demand generation and field sales.
Cons
Feels like we're building a plane while flying it but why not?

Keep it up and lets concur the industry!

Pros
I joined in the fall after much thought and consideration because I didn't think a company like this could actually exist. I can honestly say TD has exceeded all my expectations. We are leaps and bounds ahead of the competition in regards to our product and service levels for our customers. Very well-positioned in the industry are considered frontrunners in the space, thanks to our creative and innovative teams. Our goal is clear -- to be relentless and unstoppable.
Culture is pretty relaxed but we all work hard. As long as you do what you're supposed to do (your job), you will get recognized and rewarded.
Cons
Processes need to be vetted out more but I've encountered this even while working for those giants in the space. It happens everywhere, but more so when things are moving at a fast and furious speed.
