      Pros

      Flexible schedule and work location, good benefits, wide variety of work within the security and IT field, and great people to work with. The ownership and senior management value their people and work with them on both a personal and professional level.

      Cons

      Being a small company, the overall monetary compensation can be on the low end. However, the compensation is made up for by providing the work-life balance necessary for employees. Being a company with many remote employees, culture can be difficult to manage.
