      Pros

      Relaxed environment to work in, some staff are good.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. People driven by ego, not by work. No grievance addressal even after repeated complaints. Your future in the company will be bright if you have no self-respect, are always ready to agree with superiors, and never question anyone or anything. This is NOT an environment that encourages open discussions. People here will do anything, right or wrong, to save their own skin and throw you under the bus without any second thoughts.

      Experienced sales manager that’s motivating and caring Good commission plan Remote hybrid Good training

      Cons

      Umm.. idk why but bosses’ boss is duplicating stuff already done or being done (i e micromanaging). Less time with busy manager this year Quotas almost tripled in 6 months.
