      Certainly can improve the client base for pipeline of consultants engagement to avoid any transition time between projects and also eliminate Middle tier involvement

      The people are amazing, supporting, fun and energetic. We also do great work for our clients and are empowered to do the right thing for them even if it may not be the most profitable thing for us in the end

      Cons

      As with all consulting, you are always pushing out of your comfort zone. This is a positive and a negative as it can be very exciting but also draining.
