We value positive and critical feedback as an organization. However, we always want to point out posts from sources who either intend to just use Glassdoor to settle personal scores or as competitor post poor reviews so that they can win the war of talent. Person who has written this information is completely unaware that our office in Ahmedabad is in the core downtown (as it has been for several years) in Eskon Elegance building next to Crowne Plaza and in Pune it is in the World Trade Centre building in Kharadi. It is not somewhere far away from downtown - It is in the core downtown, in the most prestigious commercial buildings. Secondly vast majority of our employees have been working from home for last 13 months with the exception of some HR, Finance, OPS and Sales folks who come in only when required to the office and have to follow strict COVID protocols. Work from home and flexible work timings is something we take pride in and is well borne out by our LinkedIn job positing for sometime now. This person positing does not seem to have worked at TechBlocks and has completely inaccurately represented TechBlocks as an organization.
