      Small team, lesser processes. You can try and driving your agenda here.

      Cons

      The CEO Sri Patibandla doesn't seem to really have any presence. No idea what the company's mission. It works and operates on whomever is your managers whims and fancies. Strong need for professionalism. They have a small company mindset- so they are less likely to invest in you or any resources you might need.
