Imagine you were working in a company where everybody has a common goal, shares the same values, and understands each other so fast that it sounds impossible. What if there was a company that listens and even more hears you and your ideas, opinion, and needs. I can imagine all of these))) I work at TechMagic)) Where I am heard, valued, and recognized, where I don't want to be lazy because everything around motivates and encourages me!

I may say that there are always pros and cons to everything, and the cons of this company might be the lack of social interaction among workers, but this problem may be of a time not of a company. This is what I lack now((

Pros

I have been working for the company for 8 months and I am completely satisfied with the work process. In TechMagic work very skilled and friendly people that totally customer-focused. Company provides opportunities for development, and professional growth. As a medium-sized company, TechMagic is on top of everything from onboarding and involving people to processes from day one to providing employees with good and professional equipment. That's what is point out TechMagic among other companies.

I see no flaws. the company really cares about all employees.

The atmosphere in TechMagic is very friendly, everybody is always there for you to help with any questions. You're free to suggest any ideas and you can be sure that you'll be heard. A flexible work-from-home policy is a significant advantage. Also, compensation for your skills and experience is quite fair.

Nothing critical, but it's a bit hard to replenish the coffee machine without moving it =)

There are a lots of magic people in the company, very cool processes and many interesting projects.

I work in the company for a year. TechMagic is a medium-size company. It has the merits of big companies - processes, internal systems, benefits, hierarchy, plan for personal growth, tech meetups, training etc. And all advantages of small companies - fast company-wide decisions, fast adaptation to changes.
