      Hi Guys, I am a former employee of Techtier.I read previous 2 comments by their employees and they are totally correct. Its a worst organization to work.

      Cons

      Their work culture and environment is not at all good. They creates lots of burden on employees, employees needs to works for long extra hours here day and night too and do not think about the appraisal because if u thinks so u wl get fired by them..so just think if u wants to destroy ur future then only join Techtier

      No ethics , Unprofessional , No Vision , Big in Talking , Only one customer

      Pros

      If you get a job here , start looking immediately , management has no ethics , they will be all praises but as soon you talk about appraisal or your billing stops from sole customer , they will fire you or hire someone with lower cost , sadly they have done it multiple teams

      Cons

      Highly Unprofessional , if already working in good company never join here, with no vision or planning its always emergency, people work here in weekends as there is no process in place

      This needs to be answered as all malicious comments need to be rebutted. First the writer says he was Team Lead Content, I founded the India Company and I am sure there never was a position like this ever in the Company. What should surprise any reader of this blog is that it took this person five or more years to comprehend that the Company’s management is unprofessional? The Company has very vigorous environment and work culture. The Company pays the salaries on the 25th of every month without fail in advance and also provides medical insurances. Our HR policy respects every single colleague and we are ethical employers. We are extremely mindful of our work culture, if someone doesn’t fit in culture than he just doesn’t stay. By the way I am the only content provider in the Company since its inception!

      For folks in Mohali it's near to home, salaries paid on time.

      Cons

      Eccentric management, they fire employees , they ask old employees to leave by stopping their increments, stupid hr team, no policies in place. Dictatorship at its peak
