Pros

I had to step away from the company because of a family emergency, otherwise I would have continued. My time here was filled with learning and growth.I was given real responsibilities early on, and that helped me build confidence and skills I wouldn’t have developed so quickly elsewhere, worked directly with US clients from get-go. spent my formative years here in this company, always will cherish, made some good friends. This is a great place for someone who’s proactive and willing to take initiative. You won't be spoonfed, but if you’re someone who excels in a startup environment, you'll appreciate the exposure and energy. The excitement of working in a growing company is real here. One of the founders personally supported me during my family crisis — something I’ll always be grateful for. I’m honestly surprised to see some of the negative reviews here. It feels like a few folks are biting the hand that fed them. No company is perfect, but if you're here to learn and grow, this place delivers.

Pros

Salary is credited on the 1st of every month. That’s literally the only thing this company does with consistency.

Cons

Micromanagement Madness: There’s no roadmap, no planning, no stability. You’ll spend weeks building something, then wake up to a completely different direction because your manager or the founders read a Medium article or watched some Instagram reel at midnight. All your work? Gone. No explanation. Just “drop this and start that.” Fake AI Bragging: The company goes around acting like it’s building cutting edge AI solutions posting buzzwords and LinkedIn fluff to impress outsiders. Here’s the reality: there’s not a single AI engineer in the team. Not one. It’s all for show. Internally, no one has a clue what AI actually involves. It’s just marketing spin. Toxic Seniority: Most “senior engineers” have no clue how to lead or support others. It’s pure ego and entitlement. Ask a question, and you’ll get attitude. Challenge a decision, and you’re humiliated. One or two people are actually helpful the rest act like they invented programming and you’re dirt. No Work Culture. Just Control: WFH? Forget it. Even if you’re sick or injured, it’s your problem. The company’s stance is: “We’re paying you, so suffer silently and show up.” Policies change overnight. There’s zero transparency. No Technical Direction: One day you’re told everyone is switching to Data Engineering. Next week, you’re back to writing React code. The tech stack changes depending on someone’s mood, not on what makes sense. You can't plan your growth because nobody here knows what they’re doing long term. Garbage Projects & Impossible Deadlines: The service projects? Horrible. No scope, no timeline sanity, just "get it done yesterday." The good projects? Taken away and handed to others. And even if you own something, 2-3 people are shadowing you, copying your work, adding confusion no ownership, no clarity. Ego Driven Stack Decisions: Certain seniors pick the trendiest stack they find on Twitter or GitHub because “it looks cool.” Ask why, and they’ll roast you in front of everyone. It's not about collaboration or logic it’s about authority and ego. Zero Work-Life Balance: You will work overtime. You will work weekends. You will not be compensated. You might even be out with family, and someone will ping you: “We need this ASAP.” And if you push back, you're marked as “not committed.” They will make promises like, “No more weekend work from next sprint” and then you’re logging in on Saturday anyway. Salary Issues & Layoffs: There were moments when salaries were not paid in full. Only working days were covered. No prior notice, no honesty. While we were told there’s no money, the company was still busy hiring seniors. Priorities? You figure it out. Abusive Leadership: The worst part of the whole place is the leadership. The CEO doesn’t understand what he’s doing, literally changes direction based on random whims, no strategy, just vibes. He's also emotionally unstable publicly yells, insults, humiliates employees during calls. You don’t feel like a human being there. The co-founder? A manipulative smooth-talker. Will pretend to “hear you out” but twist things later. They don’t lead they command. They treat people like slaves. Advice to Anyone Reading This: If peace of mind matters to you, don’t do this to yourself. There are many companies out there, even startups that may be chaotic, but still treat people with respect. This one? It breaks you down slowly. Not because the work is tough, but because the people in charge are.
