    Pros

It looks like someone is jealous of the growth and prosperity of the company. The culture of the company is amazing and very healthy, which I experienced while working with Technomax. It's true that one cannot make everyone happy at the same time but still the CEO of the company always tries to give his best to help you out in every single possible way he can. Every employee here is treated as a member of Technomax family and the CEO is always ready to contribute to growth and success of each member which ultimately contributes to the growth and success of company. The management is much more professional than the word "professionalism". But people who just want to sit and eat without making any efforts to make easy money, out of frustration start slinging mud on others which is not in the “List of principles” of this company. The truth is if someone is ready to move forward ONE step then the company will move EIGHT steps ahead to help you out meaning if one is not scared of the hard work and wants to think and do something out of box in his life then Technomax is the right choice for him. I would love to be a member of this family for rest of my life.

    Cons

The management always tries to keep everyone happy, which is not possible in this world. So keep up doing right things no matter what people says.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

It's so hard to find out something good about this company.

    Cons

The company's management crews treat the employees/consultants as slaves. They make unfair agreements/contracts with the employees by threatening them in many ways. They force new hired to fake their experience (to secure more profitable job positions at client companies) and teach them how to lie to the potential clients. Also, they ask new hired to write glassdoor reviews with good ratings to cover what the company really is. Of course, they'll delete most of the negative reviews regularly. The company takes advantage of these employee's vulnerability on visa status, economy problems and etc. Ultimately, if you work for them, you'll feel like being slaved eventually.

    Advice to Management

Don't act like the life saver of your employees.

    Pros

hoesntly, nothing man I dont see any

    Cons

First, they keep changing the contract. They begin with 1 year contract then they change to 2 years and then keep delay your salary.
If you wanna jump out of contract they threaten you to terminate your H1b(which they actually can't).
Poor management, the boss is a bloodsucker, driving his Audi S5 and Benz and keep taking money from their employees.
    Sigh..
