Pros

- Nice building - Attractive work place

Cons

1. Hired you for tech support and told you that we will give you necessary training.. like if you know windows OS, they will provide you Mac OS training so, you can solve the problems... but training is not good. No feed back during the 1 week training and just going through the slides ... and will tell you that for 2nd week, you are going to shadow the senior techs, so that you get the understanding how to go through calls.. but you will shadow hardly for 30 min and they will put you directly open to customers call and you don't know anything that how to place the case and how to initiate the session with customer. 2. For interview, they will call you from front door but once you get hired, they will show you back door to come into the work place. which is the dirtiest place as people used to smoke in front of the door and if you are not smoker.. this company offers you to become passive smoker.... 3. Force you to sell their sub standard Anti-virus and registry cleaner most often... those AV and reg. cleaner are itself do the harm to customer's computer.

Pros

The time went fast when you were helping customers with the tech issues. So I didn't mind going into work since the day flew by.

Cons

Cons, hmmm. Is there enough space on this blog for the cons? Those people are liars, rip-offs, and are only interested in selling their shitty inhouse coded Anti-virus/registry cleaner bundles to unsuspecting callers. They even told us if they had a great paid for AV program, to tell the customer it's no longer working actively and downloading updates, and to uninstall it, and sell them their crappy AV & registry cleaner program. Funny, when you click on the registry cleaner to start the scan, within 2 seconds, it shows over 3,000 errors. Yea no crime there. And they would charge customers who called $199.00 dollars saying..get this (yes , our technicians can remote in to your T.V, and repair your problem)...Whaaaaaat?? That's the kind of environment i worked in, and i've heard they packed their bags and are in Jamaica now. Good riddance to an underhanded , snakeoil selling Company.
