      Pros

      - most people are nice and fun - flexible work options - good work life balance - great, respected CEO

      Cons

      - compensation offerings below market - no room for growth or upward mobility - no raises unless you ask - no bonuses other than commission from placements (which is a low percentage) - pto is low - healthcare plan is expensive - recruiting division is as is and likely won’t grow or progress

      Casual Work environment Contribute to the community by volunteering

      CEO & Leadership have an over inflated sense of themselves Interview Process is 5 hours long and you meet with everyone in the company No PMP on staff but they know all about project management No advancement, leadership all worked together at another firm Overly complicated bonus structure Employees rewarded for being a spying on other employees

      I honestly can not think of too many. The non Management employees are all very talented

      Cons

      The worst professional experience of my career. The management has been together for a long time. They all started at another firm. They cannot see how did function they really are. Huge mistakes are made by some of these people “VP’s” are ignored but when a regular employ makes a mistake they are brutal. But not to your face. They talk about you so you can hear what they are saying. Don’t believe all the hype it is a pit of vipers
