      Pros

      Recognizing the company for hiring talented individuals. The coworkers are pleasant and enjoyable to collaborate with.

      Cons

      The company displays noticeable nepotism and religious bias, with owners prioritizing these factors when offering remote work opportunities and management roles. The owners fail to lead by example, and subtle bullying from them is present. Micromanagement is a regular issue. Furthermore, a culture of manipulation appears to exist, where employees are subtly guided to conform to the company's values and perspectives.
