      Learning about textiles and how they are made and designed, working with design clients

      The company culture is toxic, lacking diversity completely, lacking leadership from the top to the bottom.

      - colleagues are nice to be with - nice to make relationships with clients

      Cons

      - This is no better than a job in retail- they actually probably pay more in retail - horrible management team and management organization - embarrassing excuse for managers running the northeast - zero room for growth - get paid minimum wage at best

      Competitive pay, great benefits, very refreshing European values on work life balance, no micromanaging

      Cons

      CEO can be extremely inappropriate with employees, no growth opportunities, little to no training, favoritism is strongly at a play.
