Toxic, hostile, aggressive working environment. Upper management are granted a free pass to treat individuals like lab rats. Sorry new hirees, by the time you hit the 6 month mark, you are expected to know all aspects of the job to perfection.
Relentless gaslighting. You're expected to complete 2 to 3 roles within eight hours. It’s not suggested you work overtime BUT it is expected you work overtime, plus weekends.
The workplace is dated, in desperate need of renovations. Human Resources are NO help, but are great at gaslighting, your concern is irrelevant. Even if you have proof in black and white, it is still considered " alleged". Certain upper management is racist, sexist, unapologetic, impairment of memory and abstract thinking, personality changes and frowned upon socializing.
Benefits are average. 10 Vacations Day, (15 Vacations days after 10 years of employment) 10 Company Holidays, ?? Personal/Sick days, no Floating Holidays, no Birthday Days and no Volunteer Days. NO incentive for young employees to stay long term.
Turnover is high within the Accounting, AR and AP departments. No compassion if you are ill or have COVID, wear a mask and get back to work.
