I have worked here less than 5 months, its really chaotic, there is no senior Developer, no software architect, no project manager. Management continues to downplay serious concerns and issues. They expect you to have your hardware for the job and rather waste money on web services when there is no real need for those services or have active clients using the "solution". I don't recommend working here, low compensation, no benefits, no equity

Pros
A growing company. Highly invested in the growth of every member of the engineering team. Good ownership of work. The product team asks for detailed input from the engineering team when making important decisions. Management listens to feedback and executes on action items.
Cons
No benefits aside from a good amount of vacation time.
