At TimesPro, we operate in a highly structured, performance-driven environment where clear metrics, target achievement, and individual accountability are central to our operational goals. We understand that adapting to such high-performance standards can be challenging, particularly within the first year of joining. At TimesPro, career progression is performance and merit-based and directly linked to demonstrated outcomes. We provide support through internal mentoring and development frameworks. It is surprising that you have posted these remarks anonymously. This post reflects malafide intent, poor professional ethics and lack constructive value. If you are experiencing operational bottlenecks or communication gaps, we urge you to utilse our formal internal channels and connect with your HR partner to resolve them through the proper hierarchy. Regards, Team PRO

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is encouraging to know that as a Senior Consultant in Bengaluru, you feel supported by your team and appreciate the strong learning curve and focus on innovation here. At TimesPro, career progression is performance and merit-based and directly linked to demonstrated outcomes. We provide support through internal mentoring and development frameworks. As an exception we have granted you remote work, which indicates the intent of the company to provide flexibility. Growth and team management requires more than tenure. We have senior managers operating remotely who were given growth based on their contributions and not tenure. It would be good to have a conversation with your reporting manager and HR to understand how you can scale up and grow. We encourage you to engage through our open-door channels with your supervisor or HR partner to discuss your professional development goals. Regards, Team PRO
