      - a good place for development - amazing people to work with - interesting projects - flexible work time (you set your own hours) and good work-life balance - remote

      Cons

      - sometimes it can get a bit stressful when things are not going the best (like revenue drops etc.)

      - internal politics - you can sink in way too many hours - you can be fired really quickly - one week notice - that is all - unlimited holidays and some other perks are demoted to fiction
